Kabbalah

Recently I have been allured to do more research on kabbalah. I picked up this book from the library:

< This novel lays out a good overview of the origins of the mystical practise and how the foundation of the art emerged.

I have not gotten the chance to get to far into the book. The portion I did read mentioned how Ezekiel's Wheel was a major influence on the design of the Sefirot/Tree of Life. How Kabbalah is considered a the practice of the knowledge given to Adam and Eve when they ate from the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden. And lastly, how God created all existence from the formulation of words from the Sacred Alphabet; example = "Let There Be Light" etc.
