Vitality & Change, Gold & Silver, Sun & Moon, Positive & Negative --the alchemist, along with astrologers studied these two metaphysical bodies in the Heavens; the Sun and the Moon. Amongst a number of other bodies such as planets, stars, galaxies and so on, but the one thing that stood out about the Sun and the Moon was the fact that they are the vital sources of light for our planet. We depend on them as our guides.

Positivity and Negativity are the laws of nature. Duality is a constant. Yet, within this duality ultimately lies unity & wholeness. The theories of the yin and yang & the higher and lower principles all hint to the connections of the good & bad/light & dark to form one horribly wonderful masterpiece, which is existence
